- I spent the first 10 years of my career in product development & program management for the Carbon/Graphite composites industry at Fiber Materials, Inc.
- The next 6 years were spent working in R&D and the development of Injection molded and extruded components for Hook and Loop applications. I am the primary inventor in two patents and a co-inventor in five others for Velcro Group Corporation.
- From April of 1999 to January of 2022 I worked for Yale Cordage, Inc. as their Head Engineer in the synthetic rope and cordage industry.
- Since April of 2022 I have successfully consulted on rope design and enhancement's, rope selection for purpose, product development, coatings and ovens, fiber selection and research, and as an expert witness, to name a few.
